Kwara State Polytechnic (KWARAPOLY), known for its motto “Technology, Innovation and Service,” is a state-owned tertiary institution established in 1973 in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. Initially founded as a College of Technology, the institution operates from its expansive permanent site at Ara, with a specialized center at its former temporary site now dedicated to continuing education and skills acquisition.
The polytechnic features five major academic institutes—Applied Sciences, Environmental Studies, Finance & Management Studies, Information & Communication Technology, and Technology—offering over 50 NBTE-accredited programs. These programs provide National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) qualifications in diverse fields, ranging from various Engineering technologies to Agricultural Technology, Mass Communication, and Accountancy.
